Return policy
Choose one of the two methods available for us to make an Exchange or Return:
1st METHOD: Collection or shipment by NACEX services. (Valid only for mainland Portugal):
- If you want an exchange: We will send the desired items or sizes, asking the nacex carrier to collect the items to be returned. The difference values will be calculated, together with the shipping costs. In this case, a direct exchange costs €8.80 (€4.40 for shipping and €4.40 for collection) and pre-payment of the amount is required and mandatory.
- If you want a return: We ask nacex to collect the article at the address indicated, after receiving the article and validating it, we will proceed to return the value of the article(s) minus 4.40€ (cost of collection).
In order to make a return, you must provide us with your IBAN so that we can transfer the amount to be refunded.
2nd METHOD: Return of the items by the customer. (Valid for mainland Portugal, Islands and abroad):
- If you want an exchange: Upon receipt of your order, we will proceed to send the requested items, the difference amounts will be calculated together with the shipping costs, requiring prepayment of the amount.
- If you want a return: The customer must send the item through the service/carrier he wants: (must arrive within 30 days from the date of receipt).
In order to make a return, you must provide us with your IBAN so that we can transfer the amount to be refunded.
